How to get here, winter driving, and frequently asked questions.
行き方Getting here
くわしい場所は、ご予約いただいた方にお知らせします（北海道 虻田郡 洞爺湖町）。
約1時間30分。レンタカーなら、湖やまわりの観光地もそのままめぐれます。
From New Chitose Airport: about 1.5 hours by car.約2時間。高速道路を使った場合の目安です。
From Sapporo: about 2 hours by car.約10分。駅にタクシー乗り場があります（送迎は行っていません）。
From the nearest JR station: about 10 minutes by taxi (no pick-up service).冬（11月〜3月ごろ）にお越しの方へ
道路は雪や凍結で滑りやすくなります。冬用タイヤの車でお越しください。レンタカーは四輪駆動がおすすめです。
大雪の日は、空港からの道が通れなくなることがあります。その時は予約サイトのメッセージでご相談ください。
Roads are icy in winter. Please use a car with winter tyres; 4WD is recommended.

英語で問い合わせできますか？Can I contact you in English?
はい。予約サイトのメッセージは英語でも大丈夫です。家の中の案内も日本語と英語で用意しています。Yes. You can message us in English on the booking site. The house guide is in Japanese and English.
冬でも車で行けますか？Can I drive here in winter?
はい。駐車スペースと玄関前は、雪の降り方に合わせて除雪しています（大雪の日は作業中のこともあります）。冬道になりますので、冬用タイヤの車でお越しください。Yes. We clear snow from the parking area and entrance as it falls. Please use a car with winter tyres.
近くにお店はありますか？Are there shops nearby?
歩いて行けるところに、スーパー・コンビニ・日帰り湯があります。くわしくは「まわりの過ごし方」をご覧ください。A supermarket, convenience store and public bath are within walking distance.
車が3台になりそうです。What if we have three cars?
敷地に停められるのは2台までで、家の前の道路にも停められません。乗り合わせでのお越しをお願いしています。Only 2 cars can park on site, and there is no street parking. Please share cars.
早く着いたら、先に荷物を置けますか？Can we drop off luggage early?
15:00までは、前のお客さまのあとの掃除をしています。荷物を置けるかは当日の掃除の進み具合によりますので、予約サイトのメッセージでご相談ください。We clean until 3 pm. Message us on the booking site and we'll let you know if you can drop off luggage early.
荷物を先に送ってもいいですか？Can we send luggage in advance?
前もって予約サイトのメッセージでご相談いただいた荷物は、到着日の指定で受け取れます。貴重品や冷蔵・冷凍の荷物はお受けしていません。Please ask us on the booking site first. Agreed parcels can be delivered on your arrival day (no valuables or chilled/frozen items).
タオルは何枚ありますか？How many towels are there?
人数分のバスタオルとフェイスタオルを用意しています。連泊の方は、洗濯機（洗剤つき）をお使いください。Bath and face towels are provided for each guest. A washing machine and detergent are available for longer stays.
暖房の使い方が分かりません。How do I use the heating?
全部屋にパネルヒーターがあります。使い方は「はじめにお読みください」に写真つきで書いています。Every room has a panel heater. See the house guide for photos and instructions.
赤ちゃん連れでも大丈夫ですか？Can we stay with a baby?
ベビーベッドはありませんが、1階の和室に布団を敷けます。子ども用の食器・踏み台もあります。There is no baby cot, but you can lay a futon in the Japanese room. Kids' tableware and a step stool are available.
ペットと一緒に泊まれますか？Can we bring pets?
申し訳ありませんが、ペットはお連れいただけません（補助犬を除きます）。Sorry, no pets (assistance dogs are welcome).
支払いはどうすればいいですか？How do I pay?
宿泊料金は、予約サイトでお支払いいただきます。宿泊税の支払い方も予約画面でご確認ください。The room rate is paid on the booking site. Please check the booking page for the accommodation tax.
領収書はもらえますか？Can I get a receipt?
予約サイトから発行できます。発行のしかたが分からない場合はご相談ください。You can get a receipt from the booking site. Ask us if you need help.
